Williams

Major Williams is the commanding officer of the 75th Ranger Reconnaissance Company at Camp Kim in Seoul and Sam Harper's direct boss after his transfer to Korea. He is a careful, by-the-book Ranger who has limited patience for Sam's freelance lateral thinking, denying his early requests and eventually relieving him of duty for going outside the rules of engagement.
