Schnier

Captain Buck Schnier commands the Ranger sniper platoon attached to the covert Philippines mission, freshly promoted and on his first independent command. Vain about his Houston Astros ball cap and his shooting, he wrecks his own operational budget by transposing digits in a stock number and orders a dozen limpet mines instead of fuses. The mission is upended when he glimpses through his scope a woman who looks exactly like Raven, the hippie girlfriend who left him for jihadi recruitment in college, and his ongoing romance with Michelle becomes another battlefield.
