Omar Yousef

Omar Yousef, who calls himself the Wrath of Allah for The People, is the Abu Sayyaf cell leader who attempts to assassinate the Philippine Speaker of the House from a Manila parking garage, forces his American convert Raven to drive his getaway, and murders a traffic cop on the train platform during their escape. From his Lubang Island mountain camp he runs a stable of captured women and a payroll relationship with Pahk's Chinese handlers.
