Khabir

Khabir is the hot-headed son of the only Imam on Upolu, leading a small Abu Sayyaf cell of fellow Samoan Muslims and planning a Black Saturday anniversary attack on American military personnel in nearby American Samoa. He gives history lectures from his living room about Mau Movement grievances and Samoan Christian-state bigotry while issuing operational orders to his believers.
