John Wild Horse Parkur

John Wild Horse Parkur is a Pima Indian Marine veteran from the Gila River Reservation, medically discharged with bone spurs in his wrist after a training accident killed his closest buddies Marko and Cockbay. Drunk and out of control after the loss, he ends up arrested by Edmond on the I-11 toll road and serving ninety days at the Sharper Security prison, where his father Judge Parkur petitions Sam to arbitrate the case. Tall, muscular, and quick to violence when prison housemate Shortee Tejada provokes him, he gradually steadies under Sam's mentorship and becomes part of the Sharper Security team protecting Evie.
