Dobbs

Captain Dobbs is the senior Army infantry officer competing against Sam in RASP 2, a textbook tactician who twice defeats Sam's team by anticipating book solutions before being beaten by a back-cliff climb on the bunker assault. He bristles when an enlisted sergeant gives him orders and insults engineers and military intelligence at every opportunity. He is not selected for the Regiment.
