Alejandro Torres

Alejandro 'El Cazador' Torres is the leader of a Sureño 13 cell working southern Arizona, riding a Yamaha YZ450F dirt bike with a custom heads-up display visor as he coordinates the radar truck hijacking from a derelict gas station rooftop. Mutually beneficial deals with Deputy Director Rivera open doors for him in exchange for taking out rivals like Sinaloan Gustaves, but his father's prison fate echoes a warning he never quite manages to heed.
